How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders aim to be dispatched within 3-5 working days! This may exceed during busier periods.

Please note this is the time it will take for me to make & dispatch your order, not when it will arrive.

Once you receive a dispatch email, depending on the delivery method chosen it will either be 1-2 working days or 2-5 working days.

I need my order sooner or for a certain date, can you help?

I would always recommend contacting me if you need your order by a certain date, or maybe sooner than the dispatch timeframes.

The majority of the time this won’t be an issue at all! But I would rather you contacted me first so I can make sure I can accommodate your request and alternatively if not let you know that I can’t.

I would also recommend that you choose the fastest shipping option just to make sure.

What are your shipping options?

At the moment I am only shipping with Royal Mail

The shipping options are

Tracked 48 hour ( 2-5 working days )

Tracked 24 hour ( 1-2 working days )

At the moment I do not currently offer standard 1st or 2nd class, all of my items are sent tracked for my protection and yours, and also so you know when to expect your delivery.

larger orders over £100 may often be sent signed for, again this is for my protection and also yours.

Incorrect address

Please make sure to double check your address details before you place an order.

If you enter the incorrect address and don’t realise until after the order is placed, please contact me asap to change this and providing it’s not been dispatched this should be fine.

If your item has already been shipped, there is nothing I can do, a refund / replacement will only be issued if the item gets returned back to me, if the item has been delivered then this is out of my control.

Refund will be the cost of the item only, you will not be refunded for the postage costs as this is already paid for and cannot be refunded, if you want the item to be sent back out to you, you will need to pay for the postage.

So please make sure to check your address before placing an order, it is not my responsibility to check that your address is correct.

RETURNS

Can I return / refund or cancel my order?

Unfortunately as my items are all personalised & handmade to order, or customised this means I cannot offer any refunds / returns, this also applies to cancelling orders. I often get started on orders as soon as they come through, if I have already made your item I will most likely not be able to resell it which is why I cannot accept cancellations.

My item has arrived faulty / damaged, what do I do?

So unfortunately sometimes things happen in transit which is out of my control, however if this happens and your item arrives damaged that’s no problem, please follow these steps.

please make sure upon receiving your parcel that you take clear images that clearly show the item & the damage, this is needed not only to prevent scams but also to send over to Royal Mail. If the outer packaging is also damaged please also include pictures of that.

After receiving the images I will then either issue a full refund or a replacement at your choice, in some circumstances you may be asked to return the parcel, if so I will issue a paid postage label which can either be collected by Royal Mail or dropped of to a post office which ever is more convenient for you.

Royal Mail will only consider a parcel lost if it has not been delivered after 10 working days. If your order has been dispatched and has exceeded the 10 working day timeframe, please contact me and I will contact Royal Mail & raise a complaint.

Delayed parcels

unfortunately there can be times when Royal Mail parcels take longer than expected to arrive, this doesn’t happen very often but when it does this is out of my control. I have no control over this and as royal mails policy I cannot issue a refund / replacement unless it reaches the 10 working days as that is when it’s considered lost.

How can I contact you?

You can contact me through any of my platforms, however I would prefer to stick to email or my live chat as this keeps all my messages in one place and is easier to monitor.

Please do not message me on multiple platforms with the same question. This takes up much more time as I’m replying to the same message and repeating myself. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

please also make sure to include your order number, not doing so may delay response time. Please also make sure to include any other relevant information - for example any pictures etc.

How do I make a custom order?

Custom orders are welcome on any products across my shop.

I have custom orders available to purchase, but please don’t purchase without contacting me to discuss first - this is to make sure I can accommodate your request first.

Some custom orders may charge extra depending on the item / design, this is because a lot of time goes into making custom orders. Custom tumblers only charge an extra £1 for the design to be made, and obviously some orders that cost more to make for example more supplies used / vinyl may also cost extra.
